Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, and design selections.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified.
No Returns / No Refunds
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary by product and are listed on each product page. Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
